LII for Organisations

Leadership Benchmarking for Organisations

LII helps organisations benchmark leadership capability and achieve independent recognition through the Leadership Excellence Mark (LEM). Evidence-based. Independently assessed. GCC recognised.

How LII Serves Organisations

Two distinct pathways — benchmarking and recognition for your organisation, and certification support for your people.

Organisational Recognition

Leadership Excellence Mark (LEM)

Independent leadership benchmarking and recognition for organisations. The LEM evaluates your organisation's leadership culture, pipeline, and practice against the LII standard — producing a verified benchmark and, where the standard is met, a recognised mark of leadership excellence.

Employer Pathways

For Employers

LII supports employers sponsoring cohorts of leaders through certification. Whether you are investing in a team, a department, or an organisation-wide leadership programme, LII provides the framework, assessment, and verified outcomes.

For Employers

Is Your Organisation Ready for the LEM?

The LEM Readiness Scorecard helps you assess your organisation's leadership culture against the LII benchmark before entering a formal LEM process. It takes approximately 10 minutes and produces a structured readiness report.

Benchmark Before You Commit

The scorecard evaluates leadership culture, pipeline strength, evidence quality, and organisational readiness. It identifies where your organisation meets the LEM standard and where gaps remain — before any formal engagement begins.

No Obligation

The LEM Readiness Scorecard is provided at no cost and without obligation. Results are for your use. If you choose to proceed to a formal LEM assessment, LII will review your scorecard results as part of the initial consultation.
